Lawyers concerned about Israel's violence against Palestinian people

The Vietnam Lawyers' Association, on April 12, voiced its deep concern over Israel's serious escalation of violence in cities under Palestinian control in the Middle East.

It said "together with the entire Vietnamese people, the international community, and progressive lawyers of the world, the Vietnam Lawyers Association strongly condemns Israel's aggressive actions and scheme to launch an all-out war against the Palestinian people."

The Vietnamese lawyers asked Israel to immediately put an end to its military attacks and withdraw its troops all Palestinian cities and territories which it has occupied.

They also asked Israel to return to negotiations with the Palestinians to find solutions to the conflict and bring back a long-standing and stable peace for the Palestinians and the entire region.

This would ensure security for all nations in the Middle East, the statement said. (VNA)
