| The 7th Party Congress endorsed the 1991-2000 Strategy for Socio-Economic Stabilization and Development. The 9th Congress is to evaluate the implementation of that Strategy and decide upon the Strategy for Socio-Economic Development during the first decade of the 21st century - Strategy for accelerated industrialization and modernization along the socialist line, laying the foundations for ours to become by 2020 basically an industrialized country. |
