VIETNAMESE FISHING BOATS MAKE DEBUT IN BRUNEI WATERS

   Ha Noi, Dec. 17 (VNA) -- Six fishing boats have left central coastal Khanh Hoa province for Brunei, under the first ever fishing contract between the two countries.
   The ships are well equipped and run by experienced crews who have been carefully informed of the laws of the host country, says the Khanh Hoa Fisheries Service Director. He adds that the catches will be directly sold in Brunei.
   The Brunei fishing ground is of great potential but the country has a small fishing fleet and inexperienced crews, say fisheries experts.--VNA
